Don't know if this has been answered, 1st time on here. Is there another option front a-arms that will fit the TCX?, man it seems like a small hit and front arm breaks. I've heard another local guy mention there is another HPI arm that is stronger but he could not recall the part.
Any input on a stronger a arm besides stay away from the boards.

The one thing that helped me was to put a wider front bumper.

i've got to say, i've been very lucky with my TCX - only broke 1 arm in the year that I've run mine..and i've had some good crashes and brushes with cinderblock walls...

The Cyclone/PRO4 arms work well on TCX, are also in the otions list
They have fewer regulations, are heavier, make the ride slightly less precise, but they are very resistant
I recommend the graphite arms http://www.hotbodiesonline.com/products/en/73506.html as hardness are similar to the arms TCX (TCX are harder)
The nylon arms http://www.hotbodiesonline.com/products/en/31420.html is very soft to be used exclusively on carpet and hig traction.

Bump, need to get this thread back on P1
Just built up the new HB gear diff, I dont think this thing will EVER leak, has the biggest O-ring I have ever seen. The diff also has bearings in the case that the outdrives go through, hopefully it goes as good on track as it looks The new Top deck(s) work very well also, I used one of them on the weekend and my car was very good, probably the best its been apart from too much rear grip! Which caused a bit of understeer but hopefully I can get rid of that over the next few test days at the track.
Hopefully they release it all soon Exciting times ahead

The new top deck is 2mm. Out of all of the designs I have tried (tested a lot of custom, smokem, HB) topdecks, its definately the best one. You dont need to cut it.
Pretty much the only 2 top decks iI use now are the new one, or 2.5mm. The 2.5mm makes car way easier to drive, so I start with this especially when starting at a new track.
