Hey InspGadgt,
No worries on performance, its all good. The main thing is that you went out there and had a great time that's what racing all about

Thanks...wish I had done better but pretty happy all things considered. There was one othedr other dreiver running a BMI. He ran a converted Copperhead with the old front suspension and did quite well. He was a much better driver than I. Not sure if he ended up in the C or B. I'm really bad with names though and can't remember his.

Will be putting it down on some carpet Tuesday night for the first time. Been waiting a long time to run this car.

Hey guys I am trying to balance my car with some scales I got. do I put the front or rear wheels on the scale. and is it ok to put the opposite end on the counter or should I prop the other end up so the car is more level. right now with the front on the counter and the rear on the scales my left side is 192 and the right side is 205 sometimes a lil closer depends on if I move the car around or not.

8th in the stock B main and moved up two spots to finish 6th.
The good thing about the copperhead is that every little change I made had an immediate and substantial result on the track. Took me a couple days to get it to drive how I like it but it was satisfying to make changes and see/feel the difference.

Another thing you can do is to take four small scales under each wheel... Then the car is leveled and you can read the weight on all four corners...
