Amainhobbies.com shipping trouble
I made a order in 28 October with Express mail with Amain, it cost me 60USD.
A day after they e-mail me with track and bill, but i have saw they just made just with Priority mail.
And until today(6 days after) my order didn't show up yet.
I e-mailed them but nothing replied yet, what can i do?

I could tell you i have ordered some Sorex tyres before.
In fact they didn't say if is old or new version compound so i guest must be yellow package versions, unfortunately they gave me pink version, since that time i never ordered anymore tyre from them, honestly!

I have sent this to our customer service department. However I need to get your full name or email address so we can track down the order, or the order number. Please email it to me - [email protected]
Anyway i did it already!

Sounds like they are trying to help you out. You need to cooperate. Now you say you did it before, story is changing that reduces your credibility.

Most likely a random human mistake, things like this happens in every business time to time, Amain usually have a top notch service, one of the best shops out there. I think such a big company as AmainHobbies should be able to find a satisfying way to make it up to you for their mistake.

This is embarassing, in fact i need lot parts which is missing in my car, then the race is this sunday and the entry dead line is on friday.
About my personal frustration, in fact after this race i have to quit from racing for some months, maybe i will return only in the Spring season, due my duty reasons, so as you can see what is my embarassing.

I'd give it till friday. Wednesday the earliest. Take 3 days for CC to clear. Priority mail another 3 days, that doesn't included weekends. Check the Tracking # through USPS, Depends on your location in the US. Then again I'm not sure your location by you stating 60USD.
