Good Morning Folks,
Just wondering if I can get a head count for interest in the Xenon spur adaptors.
RC Planet contacted me asking if we're interested.
To summarize:
Xenon spur adaptor approx $20 (based on current exchange US to Malaysia)
Shipping: approximately 8-10 dollars TOTAL no matter if we buy 1 or all 18 pieces.
Shipping to YOU: I'll be glad to have the stuff shipped to me and then forward your order to you. Can't imagine that it would cost more than $5 bucks including a padded envelope. (US only of course)

So...let's call it $27 each. We need at least 4-5 pieces to make it worthwhile. I'll be glad to place the order, handle payment, arrange shipping to each of you BUT I'll need money and addresses so PayPal will be the only way to do this.

If you're interested in getting one or more of these, please PM me with number wanted and for my paypal address. (even if you've already contacted me)
I really thought we'd get all 18 pieces spoken for but right now I think we've only got interest in 4-5 pieces.

We need to put a cap on how long to keep trying sooo.... Whatever we get BY FRIDAY, APRIL 18 is it.
I didn't even think to look for a spur adapter... have you found other sources for similar products or is this a one of kind item?

Default Spur gear adapter

King John,

I believe the time has come and gone for the black spurgear adapter from Malaysia. PM evoracer, he may be able to put you in contact. You can also get one here http://end-of-line-rc.com/rc-cars/rc...r-and-88t-spur , but you will need a flat file OR round file to either slightly modify the adapter or your choice of spur gear ( unless you wish to use the 88 tooth 48 pitch spur gear included )

Probably because you didn't list a price. It's forum rules and will certainly help you out a lot. As for the electronics and rx you have, it's antiquated stuff that no one uses any more. Not trying to sound harsh, just putting it into perspective. I would pull everything, including the foams, and just sell the roller with shell. You did mention to "make an offer".... I may shoot you a pm .

What are some must do modifications for this car? Seems the tensioner one is the popular, what else?

Looking at replacing all bearings with AVID bearings as well.

Cars pretty good as is,I'd just look for the spur adapter and threaded shocks just make it much easier for set up purposes.

Haven't used them, that said the threaded Losi shocks are pretty good once you get used to them. I'd go with Tamiya shocks over all others though.

How about 3.5T motors, sway bars, alloy shocks, 36mm wide rubber slicks on alloy rims, and tons of alloy in your choice of Red or Blue

Tamiyas TRFs fit? Do they need any modification?

Default Tamiya shocks

Tamiya alloy TT01 shocks are 55mm. the Losi's are 55mm rear and 50mm front. If you use slightly shorter springs OR shave a bit off the bottom of the rod ends of the Tamiya shocks they are perfect ! ( Thanks skater deez )

You have to use tamiya 2mm screws and balls to secure them but since i had a fleet of 414m2's i already had these available. That said anyone who puts a set on there xxxs can just pm me and I'll flow the hardware.
