What 1/12 Scale and 1/10 4wd for Carpet
Well,
I need some suggestions.
Our local indoor offroad track, had some location issues this year, so we might be running on-road carpet.
Since I know nothing about carpet racing, I'm starting research.
Looking for the best 1/12 scale chassis and brushless set-up.
And the best 1/10 scale sedan chassis and Brushless set-up.
I'm sure our track will be running to whatever the current cell/motor limits are. What everyone else is running these days. I'v got a couple Tekin RS Pro ESC's to use and a few 2S lipo packs 25c and 30c for the Sedan.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Kevin P.

CRC always makes great pan cars and the new Gen XL is designed for single cell lipo. So, I'd suggest one of those along with a SMC or Thunder Power 3.7v lipo and maybe the SMC lipo receiver pack.
For sedan, I personally wouldn't buy a new one right now. I'd suggest getting something used but still competitive like an Xray 008, Corally RDX Phi, or TC5, and then getting something new when the next gen of cars that are better designed for lipo come out.

Thanks for your reply, I know how tough it is to answer such a basic open ended question like mine. Especially since its so basic, and this site is for the tech masters.
Thanks Again!!!

Don't kid yourself, this site is for everyone and if you take some time and look threw the different area's of the site that interest you I am curtin you will find all the answers you are looking for and more. One great method to use when you are first looking for new info is to look at the top right when you get into a section for a search tab, then type in what you are looking for in that section and you will then have a huge list of all the posts that have the info you are looking for.
Good luck in your search, and I aggree 100% with the first responce for the 1/12 CRC GenXL and 1/10 TC5,T2-007,8,9.
