what pistons and oils is everyone using ?
got mine today, just about done. (minus electronics)
i used the kit oils, i used the 2 hole piston for the damper, and 2 hole piston for the mono shock. i got springs, but used kit stuff. i feel a harder torsional spring is needed, and softer front ? Cheers for any advice , thanks guys.

this is my setup for a big and fast track, cold, outdoor

front:
Caster: maximum
toe: a little IN
camber: -0.5° / -1°
add washer to decrease gap in wheel axle
spring: box
tyre: box
steering: exp -20%, dual rate 65%
wing: box

rear:
steel axle (for weight and reliability). increase rear stability
main damper: 30wt 2holes, yellow yeah racing spring (softer than box)
side damper: 30wt 3holes
side spring: box
height: -1
tyre: box
wing: max downforce, and add a rear wing

body:
front lateral wing: none
rear lateral wing: use
hole for ESC

electronic:
10T ezrun, without fan, 3.6 ratio (tamiya 0.6 gear)
standard servo
DX3.0

it works well.

i just gave the car a small test run out the front , with out the body on.
i got the EC 60amp brushless ESC and 11.5 motor. and using a 25C 3800 lipo.

used a 23t pinion with the stock spur. havent played with any of the speedo setting card as yet. but at first i thaught it has good acceleration, but it peaked to early. a heap of steering (way too much) so i turned down my end points on my radio, and i saw throttle set at 42% so i put it too 100%
the thing lights up the tires if you pull too hard on the throttle, with decent speed about 1/4 throttle, you hit the throttle and man it just lights up the tires again already going at about 40km/h. dont have a long enough bit of road, but its still winding up with abuot 40 meters of road. may have to go to the 21 pinion i have . but the car feels very responsive. its hard to get the sensor wire to the motor at the rear, but that should smooth it out some more.

its all about throttle control
and ill have a play with the speedy settings with the card.
