HarshGuy,

I would recommend either the PDS-2343 or PDS-2363 for touring. 1/12th scale, PDS-949. Sounds like you will have a nice christmas. Now what are you going to buy for her?

Is there any way to disable the flashing LED's on the top of the radio for ABS and throttle curves? it gets really annoying when you drive I keep seeing out of the corner of my eye (I tend to hold the transmitter at shoulder height).

Other then disabling ABS and throttle curves of course .

Thanks,
Tony
defMondo,
There is no way of turning off the LED if the function is activated. Like Sparx said, put a peice of tape over it. I probably wouldn't paint it over though.

oh that's too good!

On the other hand, I plan on cutting every other spoke on my gold wheel so the wheel will be lighter and give me a faster transition time!

It's a 7.2v digital FET powered, but not programmable. I have 3 2343 which are all programmable, but I have not programed a single one of them. At least to me, I haven't used the programmable feature yet.

Here's the comparison...
2123 - 131.9oz/tq, .06 transit time
2343 - 111.0oz/tq, .08 transit time

It might be very little difference on paper, but the 2123 sure feels quicker on the track.

Javier,

BTW, if you want.... I think I have another 2343 sitting around not being used right now. I can ship it down for you to try if you guys are still racing down there.... Unfortunately for us here, outdoor season is over, we are all carpet from this point on.
