Hopefully...however history doesn't prove that out in that the F201 wasn't the top notch finished car we expect from Tamiya.

Just to let everybody know, if you have any F201 tires, or your hobby shop does, Ride F104 rims fit these tires perfectly. We figured this out tonight.
These guys have a bunch of sets of A's and B's in stock...

Looks like that comes with no "kit" tires.
What about tcs races that require the 104w
to run kit rubber tires?
I would assume you need to run the crappy 104w (wolf ect.) tires?

what tires were you running on your car? i know I gave Chris Green (other 104w) a set of TRG superions i had from a while ago, and they seemed to work very well for him - almost on par with the Pit 71/72 combos the rest of us were running

Trg med. front med soft.
The superion soft rears heated up too fast and the car was a mess after 5 laps.
(but remember I was rocking the 103.)
I had some laps with a 104x with the pit tires and was very impressed.
Joe's lap times were much faster than me during practice and I think
he runs the pit's on his 104x..So in my opinion the rubber tires have leveled the field (ie.103 vs 104,109).
In the end it was not about the car in that A-main,it was about making laps
and staying out of the way.

yes, the main was all about staying out in front - because it was safe I was thoroughly impressed with my 104 - just added the roll damper that week and the tires were put together the night before, man oh man what a car...i think the F1's were the fastest cars of the day on sunday - if they weren't mine sure felt like a 1s/boosted 13.5 12th scale

Does anyone know how long turn-buckle shafts do I need for wide (F103) front mod? (I think) Pro kit shafts 3x35 will be to short...
Thanks
