Or, am I setting the esc wrong with setup? If I hold down the button while turning on and release after the sounds stop. It goes into a endless cycle of setting up the throttle. 1 beep - neutral * 2 beep - Full * 3 beep - reverse * then it loops back to 1 beep, etc.

I can only get it to work if I almost immediately release the button when it turns on, and then the beeps dont line up. As in, when it beeps three times, it already has set reverse and is armed. So I have to set the throttle points BEFORE the beeps.

Turn on and release button almost immediately.
No sounds - neutral * 1 beep - Full * 2 beep - reverse * 3 beeps -its armed.

Just like other said, it will work...however, I have this saved in my notepad so I might as well paste it here again...

(1) Turn on your radio, the best is...format your setting, make sure your throttle/brake EPA is set at the default (usually) 100%...not 120% on Futuba or 150% on KO....100%.

(2) Then watch this video...SP did that for a long time and ppl should watch it.

I believe I did that (reverse and brake force same though at first they were not). Will verify when can check car. However, there really needs to be a FAQ. I still haven't seen a reply to why the Speedpassion USB link finds a network error when you try to update the program while the Hobbywing version doesn't.
That happened to me like once in awhile, I usually turn off the SP program and turn back on, turn off ESC and turn back on and it will work....

If nothing work...uninstall the software, restart computer and reinstall....you running what OS?

The SP RC A1 App on I-tune to for RC car setup in general...it can be use for any brand ESC...

However, this is not a ESC PROGRAMMABLE software/app...it does not upload, download or adjust the ESC setting thru this APP. I am not sure that was your question and concern.

Thanks
If you are running off road...our best motor that our drivers used for mod are 7.5 and 8.5...plenty fast. And GT2.1 ProStock will work...ONLY if you are running software 205mod.

528stock has supercharger, nothing wrong with that running with mod motor like 7.5 and 8.5...but you MUST KNOW your setting and gearing with that...or you will have your speedo/motor blow up within minute. I personally don't have any setup on 528stock with MOD motor but by theory, it can be done...but the setting has to be low on the ESC.

Again...try 205 with 7.5 motor first. For off road, it should be plenty fast...unless you are running something like 350 foot and longer.

Hi Guys!

I'm getting a SP GT2.1 Pro Stock ESC & 21.5R, and I'm a little concerned that my Lipo's will be under powered for this set-up. I'd like to know if my 25C lipo's will be enough ? Or should I upgrade to say 40-50c ?

Thanks in advance.

The 508 "blinky" SW doesn't have any AMTS function on it, and that is the legal SW for 17.5 "Stock" racing.

Anyone know how long a order takes from Speedpassion USA? I received confermation of payment on the 21st of January. I order direct from them as the seemed to be the only source that had any in stock besides being the least expensive to boot.
