Not a Photon expert, but I would start with a good rubber tire setup and go from there. I dont think it will be that much differrent for RCGT or VTA.

I didn't write down my RCGT Reedy winning setup.

But I do remember using my basic rubber setup with softer springs. 289 front and rear.

They come in Red Aluminum or in Silver Titanium. Tell Billy to order you some. Did Dujan like them?

I finally got the chance to run my Photon today for the first time at my local carpet track. I'm in love Built it to kit specs with some setup changes I thought might work for me, and it was on rails from the get go. Average fast times for our current layout is high 11's, low 12's. In practice I ran 28 consecutive 11 second lap times with two, 11.3's I cannot wait till I actually get to race the car.

It needs to have a slightly stiffer front spring for carpet than what I have on it now, but other than that its dialed for me. I'm so happy I got a Photon! Thank you E.J. and Mike

P.S. And I'm still on the same set of Solaris S compound tires lol! 60+ runs and counting
