It's almost identical to altering wheelbase with the spacers on the lower hinge-pin, except that it also provides some dynamic effect (that I'm not aware of) while the suspension moves up and down.

Guys,Do you know if the 3200 thunder power 40c pack will clear the bulkhead in a 415MS? Also are the suspension blocks the same for the 415 and 416?Thanks.One more question I need to replace the belts on my 415,will all 415 model belts fit on the 415 and will 416 belts fit in cause they are easier to find.If you know the part numbers that would be great also.

Yes the 415MS has plenty of space to fit LiPo's, the clearance between the top and bottom decks is enough for most if not all hard cased LiPo's.

The TRF415 and TRF416 suspension blocks are interchangeable.

All 415 belts fit between the different versions

51062 TRF415 Front Belt
51063 TRF415 Rear Belt
53706 TRF415 Low Friction Front Belt (White) not for mod racing
53707 TRF415 Low Friction Rear Belt (White) not for mod racing
6245013 TRF415 MSX Front Belt
6245014 TRF415 MSX Rear Belt

TRF416 belts don't fit the TRF415, 416 front belt is 3 teeth (9mm) longer and the 416 rear belt is 1 tooth (3mm) shorter.

It's (unsuprisingly) quite complex.

Haywood,

Here is a link to all the manuals.

http://www.tamiya.com/japan/download/rc_index.htm

You can try speedtech, that would be my first place to look.

Anyone converted the TRF415MSX-MRE to Center oneway, i got a stick pack conversion for MSXX and converted my car to fully a MSXX and now thought of getting the centre oneway for my 10.5R, i bought the center bearing yesterday and realise i need more stuff

Can anyone guide me wat to get? and is it worth converting? I am running front oneway now.

I installed the ta05 37T pulleys for the spool and diff. I'm still running the stock center pulley. I was wondering what my new IR is for figuring out my FDR.

Thanks!

You will need all the parts from the MSXX kit. Check the instructions for the kit by looking up the MSXX on TamiyaUSA.com. That will explain everything.

You need the center shaft, spur holder, and all kinds of spacers and other junk. Not an easy changeover...

Your IR is 2.3125

IR is diff pulley divided by center pulley

I currently run the 37T pulleys

I want to run the 18T centre pulley and have read about teh conversion on THARD

but that is for a fixed centre pulley

Can i run a 18T on a centre One-way?

Has anybody converted a ONe-way to suit a 18T pulley?

Cheers

I don't know if either of these would work but you could try the Porsche 934 center one-way and just replace the 16t pulleys with 18t or you can try the IFS-R center one-way.

Default 415MSXX Steering Modd

Hy everyone !

Wanted to share with you my mod on my 415MSXXMRE07, on the steering system.

Orderd a spare set of steering posts, cutted and sanded them into the right shape, and connected them with a carbon bar of my old Evo5 lower deck.

Take a look!
