JB-- Ceramic, they will be nice no doubt but the latest batch of bearings I got in my EVO were super free right away.
I noticed that as well, but I'll prolly still end up with some

On a side note....
My EVO build is going great. Tons of pieces but such a pleasure to build. BTW, that cf 12mm tranny tool should really come in the kit

I know I've asked this question before and was told that they are the same height. But in fact the AT21's are 6.4mm & the TOP pivot balls are 6mm. Give all measurements a .001/2 either way.

The height of the ball center is important only.

Overall height of the TOP pivot balls can be bigger due to the increased ball diameter.

AT21 ball center height is 4,1mm
AT21S ball center height is 3,6mm
ST24 ball center height is 3,4mm

Thanks Oleg and yes, I agree.
And for others info, the ball center of the TOP ball is 4.64mm.

You are correct Mike. I had to re-measure and the ball center is actually closer to 4.30mm

There are some steps that require you to be mechanically intuitive to switch between the 2 and may not be exactly clear when to do so. With that said, read through the A700L manual fully, maybe a couple times before you build.
Thanks !

A700 Antennae Modification.

Attached herewith are some photos of the customized Antennae holder+rod.

I customized a holder to have the horizontal antennae-rod layout, parallel to the drive shaft and carbon rod. Minimizing body reaming and of course, sleeker, cleaner layout.

Cheers to all.
