Where can I find the Ride (F103) front type B tires
and the (F103) rear type A tires.

any HK shop ?
or an Europe shop?

I'm looking to get one of the 3Racing F1 wings for my F104.

I'm hoping to get a gloss/bright white finish. Is there a particular paint or method I can use? Paints I've used in the past tend to flake, and I've used vinyl on others, but they don't have this much detail.

Upside down shocks is no good, more mass has to be damped.

The schocks are verry close to the rear it might fit a modern body,
the chassis is slightly longer for better scale precision.

3 racing makes a set of Alu. shocks that may fit the bill. They market a single shock for the F103, but it is the same as the rear in a set for the Associated RC 18. The RC18 set comes with 4 shocks (2 short/2 long). they look good, quality is ok. Diameter is much smaller than the overkill Tamiya.

I used a set of stock RC18 plastic shocks to use as roll dampers on my F103. Required a bit of custom hand carving an upper deck 3mm CF, but it eliminated the friction disks.

Nice looking chassis BTW. I love the innovation.

Have you tried www.rcmarket.com.hk? They have the Ride brand tires for the F104, so they may also have them for the F103 as well.

I've used Krylon Fusion spraycan on my rear wing succesfully. haven't tried the front.

Lexan paint actually works ok, since it is made to flex with the body. Some have a more gloss finish than others.

NOPE---I've already committed to going out to TQ for their Grand Opening!!!
Bummer-- I would have liked to race with you guys---or you COULD come out and play on the carpet!!! I'll bet you can't keep up with my F104 there!!!! It's a BULLET!!

FIRST---Charles says it's on SUNDAY> and the flyer looks like it's at Westcoast!! I'm going to be at TQ this Saturday---and I THINK that's where you guys are coming?? I hope so---I'll have a great time chasin ya around on the carpet!!!

My F60...it's a little different

Hey guys, It’s been a while since I’ve been on here. I hope you’re all doing well. I thought I’d post up some pics of a car I worked on this weekend. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out and thought I’d share.

The idea came from this build
