Got it covered.
Cyclone in the works!
I see why you guys are interested, test chassis has considerable bow up at each end >.015+, we'll see how much of that comes out once mounted and torqued in flat position.
Ohh...BTW, for those that think the tweak is out after pulling by hand to a Hudy setup board think twice. My fairly new board has over .020 bow to it across the width, lengthwise its not bad.
If all goes according to plan I will have these running in the shop a week from this Saturday. This week I need to get more baseplates, and a new lighter sideweight run out, plus I'm working on a new "Versa Mount" baseplate design.

That's great. I'll be waiting for the finished product.

I vote for a Xray 008.
PM me if you want to sell an 008 version. Thanks

For those expressing interest on the Cyclone setup / tweak plate...here are a couple of pics of completed plates. I should have these ready on Wednesday. This is a limited small run based on interest of PM's and our thread so dont be surprised if there gone in a couple of weeks.
I'll report back when they are ready to ship.

Thanks JB. The Cyclone was a bit of a PITA with a record 50 holes total!
As far as the brushed look, just hit it with fine to med scotch brite pad, then bring back shine and protect with a good metal polish (Mothers billet ect.) or auto wax even, using fine scotch brite to work that in also.

very good looking piece of kit again.
do you have a maximum tweak measurement before and after using the board as you did for the TC5?

The car was just put back together and not ran before I used to check the plate, so the initial tweak I didn't worrry about. After running through once, I got some of it out but not all, I was left with close to .015 (less then 1/2mm) on one corner that was still out. After breaking everything loose again I could see this was in the chassis, and likely will stay that way. I sure can see with the Cyclone the opportunity for tweak during assembly with the amount of hard mounts they use to the chassis. Plus having the cross mount for the arms makes it even more touchy to have a good flat base to start.
