we should have the tech tools sent over to each host track a few weeks in advance so that you know where you stand ahead of time.

If you could bring them up to the store on wednesday, that would be awesome.

Thumbs up

To all of our Canadian friends in and around the Toronto/Fastcats area:

Pam is collecting entries for the Halloween Classic to send in together, to help save you the hassle of getting a money order in US$.

Default good place to stay?????

Guys,

with the Red Rock Inn getting gradually rougher over the last several years, is there perhaps an alternate motel recommendation that's perhaps a little nicer? Or perhaps a better way to ask the question.....Where are most of the out-of-town racers staying these days?

regards, and see ya'll soon.

There is also a red rock or red roof in across from the Holiday in where the Champs are. Its easy to get to the track from there and in a nicer location. I know a lot of guys stay there.

The Holiday inn express on the entry form is also nice. There are a few hotels near the Indoor champs hotel that are nice like EA said.

Yes, there's a Red Roof, LaQuinta, and Comfort Inn in Independence, OH. All across the street from the Indoor Champs' Holiday Inn.

I've seen it mentioned, but no solid answer that I saw. There is not a spec tire for World GT correct? I have been trying to find someplace I can get the Jaco spec tires, but if I do not hav eto have them for this race I will not worry about them so much.

Thanks,
Jon

Originally we were not going to have a spec tire but with the fear that it will kill the class we are trying to work it out with a couple different manufacturers so there will be a spec tire compound. It will be available from different manufacturers rather than one. I will know more by the end of the week.

Thanks for the info, I have a few more loose ends to tie up and then I will know for sure that I can make it. I'm really looking forward to going.
