Default MaxAmps lipo - roar approval - what happened?

Whatever happened to MaxAmps getting their lipos approved by ROAR? I know they were the first people on here saying they were working with ROAR, etc. Now there are like 15-20 packs approved and they arent one of them. Just curious what happened. They seemed to be on the ball and now nothing.

I think the problem is that ROAR approval requires an actual hard case, not some lexan sheet shrinkwrapped onto the battery.

MaxAmp apllied ROAR approval on lipo's March or April. May or early June expect the results. Few manufacturers were approved in April.

The new Revamped packs have a hard case design, there was a pic on here a month or so ago. Looks promising, and will more than likely be passed. It looked to have all the ROAR bases covered. I use there packs in my planes, heli, and B44 they have delivered as expected, no complaints.
