The 08 Snowbirds Keven Hebert/Juho setup on rc10.com should be a good starting point.

Hi
Just wondering .the set ups at AE are with mods or brushless ,they will work pretty good as well with running a stock motor ???I guess they wouldn't be far off from a foam set up ???

Matt
that setup should still be a great starting point for any motor...

for gearing, check what final drive ratio the fast guys are running at your track and start there....

good luck!

You probably can run less camber (like 1.5*) with stock. Also, you may need to fool with the front shock oil. 60wt might be better if the car gets on the nose a lot. A brush stock motor may have more drag brake in it, so that is something to look out for.

2B on the steering link has also worked well for me. It makes the steering more "mellow", but still provides a lot of overall steering. Definitely better for more "human" drivers

Jack the gripper is different from Paragon slightly. If you are on a paragon track, you may need to glue the edge of the front tire. I did so at the ROAR nats (paragon), and it helped a lot.

There is the possibility of moving the front shock in on the arm, but it will make the car steer way more, and you will probably have to play with the oil, and maybe the spring.

The setup is really good, start there. Just giving some tips I have found helps with less powerful motors
