Default New battery: Is there

a process for charging brand new batteries? Do I have to do a slow charge, or can I do a fast charge?

Some new packs will false peak their first charge, basically just force the charge, do not discharge and try again if you get a false peak.

The best thing you can do for ANY battery is treat them with consistency. From the first time you charge them, until you turn them into a motor lathe or motor break-in pack, charge and discharge them the SAME EXACT WAY. So hit as hard as you would if you were going racing. Charge #1 should be just like charge #100.
