Also, after thinking about it on my way home, i have made my decision on the lowered pod plates. The car will continue to come with the standard pod plates and i will offer the super low ones as an option. I need to keep to an industry standard for the kit but i can do it with no problems as an aftermarket part.

He wants just a flat one, to save weight I am guessing.

I know... I'm asking if he would make one that is just for having the servo flat not both to save a whole 1/2 a gram

Good choice. I was afraid my pod plates would become obsolete.

You could just cut the other parts of the mounts off with a dremel.

ahh, what can you do. I have done alot in the past to help them out and that is now finally done. They had no luck with their 1/12th and it became a paper weight so they saw the class picking up and did what they do best, sponsor anyone and anything that has a pulse. If anything,i have learned this, cars need to work locally in the hands of normal people. What wins on sunday may sell on monday and if it sucks is back up for sale the next monday.

Even with that has not sold well. A car needs to do well in the hands of your everyday driver for them to enjoy it and for it to catch on.
