I would like to know if these cells are IB4200WC cells and have good values?

i've seen that numbers on the spec sheet are not good but I want to know if those who have bought some from this place can confirm this.

there the same as any other SMC pack sold everywhere else. no better no worse

yes i undestand but I don't want to buy pack that have stayed one year in the hobbyshop, that's why I prefer to ask if somebody has recently buy some and can confirm that the batch of the cell is not old

Tower (Great Planes) orders to replenish stock quite frequently. If you get the pack and it does not perform to your expectations, just send it back to SMC and we will replace it.

thanks for the information.
My interrogation was because of the reference IB4206 because they list the WC economy pack as IB4206EBWC so that make my confusion.

So I think i will try to order from them.
