Default novak 13.5 sinterd rollout?

I Just got the novak 13.5 stock motor with the sintered rotor and was after a safe starting point for rollout. At The track i race at i used to run a 29mm rollout on a co27 . So what would you start at with the B.L
Thanks

Locally on carpet I think we were rolling out at 38MM. You will probably need to buy a small spur and some big pinions.

Ummm, REALLY tall. Honestly, you don't need to worry much about a "safe" gearing if you're suing the sintered rotor, I've used some pretty extreme gearings & seen others(including Bob Novak himself) use some INSANE ratios & the motor just keeps chugging along nicely, pulls like a freight train(& I'm talking about FDR's of 3.9:1 with rubber tires at the Novak Race, but I don't know exactly what rollout that equates to, just know the motor can take almost ANYTHING you can dish out).....

You can use my Final Drive Ratio and work backward to get your Roll out....we've use this FDR for the main...very much all of us without thermalling problem and the car is almost as fast as 19T brushed car...it is crazy gearing..
I used FDR = 4.5 with sintered rotor, no thermal........without sintered...5.7. Thermal when I was using 5.5 FDR.

I roll mine out anywhere from 36-41 depending on the layout......
