I definately want to race next week, the rain hasn't stopped at all today near my house though. Still got SoCal on Tuesday at least.

Oh my goodness...a Scott Arrington sighting...how have you been Scott? Howard told me you were getting back into it. Swing by the shop sometimes, or I'll see you out at one of these parking lot races. For those of you that don't know...Scott is one of the fastest racers out there Glad to see you back Scott!

thanks steve,

ive raced 3 times so far, still trying to shake off the ring rust.if you could give the address to your shop steve i really do need a few things for my r2.first i was wondering if i could put a rear fiff in the front so i can get rid of the oneway it has,or is everyone running a oneway with this car so they can gain on power steering?...it does seem like the it hardly has any steering throw, although i havent even tried driving this car yet.

The 1 way is definately the way to go in SoCal, I've never had to switch back to a diff down here. You really dont need steering throw to have steering, on my SD, I turn the dual rate down to about 65-70% and still have a ton of steering, it's all in the setup. If you need help at SoCal, drop by my pit in the back, I have the red SD.

Or you can download David Berger's socal setup from the alex website. His setups are pretty good and should give you a good starting point.

Hey Randman, sooooo the Reedy race won't be a lottery? How close to the horse's mouth is this? Because if it's not a lottery, that means I have to keep a look out for the entry forms when they appear.

I was told that it's not by a few people that seemed like they would be reputable sources, hopefully the info I got isn't bogus. Doesn't George know if it's a lottery or not?

More than likely, he doesn't know how much public knowledge it's supposed to be so he's been tight lipped about it. FMW was supposed to make a statement in the RROC thread two weekends ago but hasn't done so as of yet.

Default R1 with R2 chassis

Hi to all!!!
I have a R1 and I want to change the chassis to the R2 or R3. Must I buy the upper deck too, or my R1 will fit with the R2 chassis??
It's so much different the R3 chassis?
