sweet! i was going to switch all my screws on the BMI to blue, but my hobby shop owner said i shouldnt put it where it goes into metal, so i only added some for the body mounts, the antennae, and some random spots. If i find some button head screws, i think i might just do it all, where theres not too much stress.

two more questions, what shock are you using, and what is under your transponder?

I haven't had any problems with aluminum screws on top of the car; I use only black steel or stainless on the bottom of my cars.
That's a Hot Bodies C12 center shock and they're the dialest shock out there.
Under the transponder, shrinkwrapped lead weight to balance the car.

Ferrari, as nice as the aluminum screws look, they will snap very easily. And considering the fact the DB12R's suspension tends to put the majority of the force in the main chassis... I would rather stick with steel.

yeah, i only bought a few for some parts. I put them in place for the front body posts, one for the antenna holder, and two for the rear suspension top plate (not all 4). And i also got aluminum a arm mounts. Everything else stays as it is for now. Im still looking for titanium screws for the front suspension (the 4 large screws) because i had one of the stock ones slightly strip on me. I wasnt careful enough.

Craig use Photobucket or Picasa. I am a big fan of Picasa but posting in forums is pretty weird.

How To Photobucket...
