Default Trinity D-90 Safe Discharger problem

I've got three of these dischargers and have the same problem with all of them.
After a run I put the battety in it and sometimes it is just not starting to discharge the pack. The packs are brand new and I measured the cells and they are way above 0.9V after the run. It is not a contact problem since all the battery bars are clean and they contact the clips.
When it starts to discharge it does a good job but it happens only randomly (normally once out of five try) so what I do I try then remove the battery put it back in again remove put it back in and so on until it starts the discharge accidentaly. It is sooo annoying

Is it possible that I have bought three faulty unit??? (all came from tower)
I have a Smart tray, an Integy 030 an LRP equalizng tray and a Robitronic tray and never had any problem with those.

Any idea?
