but I imagine the top deck will be jacked up so the motor will fit. I'm sure the JRX-S needed some help with roll, so I could see how a higher upper deck could help. Interesting, I'm looking forward to seeing the production car. I wonder if you can change how much the chassis flexes.

It doesnt have to be jacked up that high. if they make the motor flat with the bottom of the chassis, it only has to be about as high as the topdeck on the Xray Fk05 which wasnt that high. The topdeck could also be cutout around the motor.

the topdeck will be nice and low, it needs to be to hold the batteries down. Just wait for some production car pics, it will be worth it.

I'm VERY interested in seeing how the front bulkhead will look. It is high now because of the steering mechinism clearance. So to get that portion lower will be interesting to see...can't wait.

Maybe the motor mount will be part of a long rear bulkhead which will also support the centre pulley layshaft? This way the top deck could be battery height and there would only be one top deck. Seeing as it has already been revealed there will be aluminium bulkheads thats my guess.

Any chance we can see pics in the near future? Many people are looking for a new car for this carpet season and some pics may help decide what they will run?

Good things come to those who wait, give it a short while and once you see pics you all will be impressed. There is only 1 topdeck and it's nice and low, and the motor mount is incorporated into the rear bulkhead. Just wait and see.

The RE seems to be a different car from prototype ones that were raced at the major races. Mike Truhe's car at the Reedy had a three piece topdeck. Very interesting! Will it have a servo saver or at least space for an aftermarket or the XXX-S servo saver?

vabroom- I am pretty sure that there will be a servo saver incorporated into the steering rack.
