Carpet vs asphalt racing
Maybe this is stupid question but what are the main differences in setup for asphalt and carpet racing?
I know that should change tires, next step is dumping (i think). Should i use thinner or thicker oil and springs? What with camber, caster and toe (front and rear).
I know that it depend on the track condition but generally which setting is better for carpet and which for asphalt?

one what car?
two generally you need a thinner oil, and softer springs with a larger piston in the shock. camber should be approx. -1 to -2 degrees. toe is about the same. caster varies according to the size of the track.larger track=more caster. smallertrack=less caster. generally.

If you're running foams on carpet, swap the front one-way for a ball diff. I read somewhere that Tamiya dont make a front diff for the 415, but you can build one that works from Yokomo parts.
Go harder with your springs and oil, and stand the front shocks up. Throw on a hard swaybar on the front.
Otherwise have a look at the Tamiya threads here, you're better off asking in an existing thread rather than creating a new one. Also, do a search. Probably been asked before, too
