Default Timed brushes

Guys,

Is it possible to time your brush by adjusting the brushhood alignment?

And if so, which way must i adjust in order to get more RPM? I think the motor runs clockwise looking from the brushhood side.

Thanks, Martinus

Do you mean, 'can I adjust the motor timing by moving the endbell'?

Get a brush hood alignment tool and chekc that the brushes are placed correctly, if not, you can loosen the hoods and perhaps move them a very small amount, remember, they are designed not to be adjusted for timing purposes, just alignment.
