Yup, I have a pack of 'em, was given one to test about 3 or 4 months ago(they wanted me to compare it to my high-dollar packs of GP3700's & IB3800's & let them know what I thought), & while I do think the latest batches of IB3800's have a little more punch, for the price, I don't think ANYTHING can beat the Elite 3600's. I can just BARELY tell any difference in feel or in my lap times with the Elite pack or with my best IB3800's(& those tested out averaging 1.205 volts er cell at a 35 amp load, highest I've ever seen, & they feel just as good in the car), but I'd guess that my pack of 3600's only cost me a 1/10 of a second on my best laps, they're VERY raceable(& I'm still using them today, in qualifying heats). And considering that you can get a 6 cell pack of them for around $35 SHIPPED, that's a deal that's hard to beat. I highly reccomend 'em if you're on a budget(but you should make sure your local track doesn't mind them, some might be more inclined to only allow ROAR legal cells, & the Elite ones are not, just ask them about it before you buy).....

I bought one pack and it is stronger than all the IB3800 packs I have. It also seems to take more charge than all the 3800s. For the price, it is a great pack. However, I don't think it is ROAR approved, so if you are racing someplace that cares, you can only use the Elites for practice.

I got one of the packs to test too. I guess for the money they aren't too bad. It's not my best pack, but it's not my worst pack either. I normally use it for qualifying. My track lets me run it because it's not any better than the IB,IP and GP cells that everyone else is running - you may want to check with your track though. Also, the cells are a little longer than the IB + GP cells, so you may have to make your battery slots a little longer.

I got a free pack a while back to test. Its not matched but its the fastest and longest lasting pack I have. All my other batteries are GP3300 both matched and unmatched packs. It also keeps up with my friends SMC IB3600's.
