I have not seen this, unless the wheel is tweaked. I have seen them run the arms at full lock.

Sean,

I'm certain you are seeing something...just suggesting that something is amiss.

Never seen any proper front wheel rub on the ball cup. Mine are about 4-5mm from touching.

Never seen it be an issue. Are you 100% positive it's not you?

I have the same problem on my B5 and just assumed it was normal...? Both sides too.

I've got a 2mm spacer on the ballstud, so maybe that's it?

You should not be running any spacers on the steering spindle. The AE guys actually dremel down the spindle 1mm to achieve zero bumpsteer.

Has anyone tried the shape ways slipper eliminator? I am looking to get a eliminator for my b5m since I run 17.5 and figured this would help with more low end punch. I saw the exotek one weights 3.8g and the shape ways weighs in at 1.3g. Just curious if anyone has tried one yet.

Id severely question the reliability of that part in plastic.

I was just wondering because of the weight difference to help my car have the more low end power. I can always wait to find the V2 exotek eliminator since they are out of stock

You can get a carbon fiber lockout (from amain) that works with the schelle spurs if you are that concerned about weight...but it aint going to make a significant difference.

Are your ball cups on upside down?

So doing a eliminator won't make a big difference for the punch I am looking for?

An eliminator can definitely help on higher traction surfaces. I was referring to you trying to find the lightest one possible. Trying to find a eliminator that is a couple grams lighter than another wont make a significant difference.

Oh ok sorry I read it wrong then. My track is medium traction during the day and can be high at night. It is a outdoor track that I go to and sometimes indoor. I have been running my stock slipper pretty tight so I doubt it is even doing anything lol

Edit: Exotek updated their site and shows it in stock so I ordered it. DO I need to get the kimbrough spurs also or can the stock ones be used?
