Hi,

I always found that the saddle pack same as square pack settled the car and made it easier to drive.

Can you borrow a sq. / saddle pack to try?

MiCk B. :-)

Default Centro's are the bomb.

I run my Centro c4.2 for our outside track and it is just as dialed as it was on the inside clay track. The car is supposed to be a twitchy bitch, thats why I like it.I run a 17.5 and a xtra light weight shorty and it is still one of my favorite rides.

I agree. The car feels edgey, but I actually like that. I started running front and rear ride height a bit lower than earlier posted Team AE setups and it helped with the twitchiness. Any suggestions on a good baseline outdoor setup?

Thanks

If I run one of the light weight shorties my centro is at 1390 grams and that's race ready..

Getting ready for indoor racing this fall/winter. Anyone else rocking Thier Centro still? I just soldered the motor back in my buggy today. IDC this thing is still cool.

I have two almost ready to go for the upcoming indoor season. I like that the car is durable, the wear parts such as arms are still readily available, and it is fun to be competitive against the latest generation of cars.

Default Just messing around

B6 laydown. Little bit of filling, drilling and luck got it fit in there. Going to play with it next weekend.

Got a chance to run a pack on the retrofit laydown transmission today. Works pretty much as expected. More weight forward, more steering, and a little better from my 17.5 motor. Need to mess with the shocks and springs a bit now to adjust to the different layout. Think I might just copy a b6 laydown setup see how it translates.
