So the 2.0 isn’t a true TLR but a SCTE that has all the flaws fixed with race equipment thrown in. I am not trying to be offensive but why not fix the flaws in the 1.0 while at the same time make a new car that has all the true racing equipment? I mean why are the flawed diffs and outdrives still being made? They are making a flawed part on purpose now while they make the correct part at the same time?!
I'm not a rocket scientist, and this is pure speculation, and I've only given this about 2 seconds worth of thought -- but I don't think they're continuing the Losi TEN-SCTE 1.0. Current inventory of 1.0's will most likely continue to sell, perhaps at a reduced rate, until they're all gone.

I mean, I'd love to buy a 1969 Camaro hot off the assembly line, but Chevy is only selling 2013 models.

The 1.0 still has it's place in the RTR/ARR market.

You should be able to find some good deals on 1.0's shortly and the new diff cases are quite affordable to buy seperate. Ask your LHS if he would package the new cases with a 1.0 for you!

Im sure once they run out of stock of the old diff case the 1.0 (if they still sell them as ARR) will come with the new diff cases (maybe?). Im sure they would rather only have 1 mold / press running for this...

Great point and your right they are pretty cheap. I just built three of them and they work great. I was thinking of building complete clips to interchange when I did diff rebuilds and stay on the track while doing it.

Thanks!
That is correct sir!

Default Body mounts

I have a nice new body done up, are the mounts different on the 2.0? Should I save it?

Thx,

-A

Yes the body mounts have a 4mm spacer added to them so they are in different positions. You can run the body mounts without the spacers, but then you will be limiting your shock location tuning options to 1.0 positions.

Hi Ryan, so for those who ordered the parts to convert to a 2.0 from HH, those are shipping too or we talking only kits and/or to partners?

Thanks!

I think these may be a bit behind all of the vehicle orders. I will have to check on that.

Only one driver for a huge race like this ? All the big names were there for buggy ......

Hmmmm maybe I should have specified which class I was talking about ? Don't see a Losi on the box for PRO 4x4SCT
