Hi all

Not sure if this had been asked before, but what parts do I need to convert the front hexes to AE bearing weheels, as all my 2wd are on the bearing wheels, so made more sense for me to share the front wheels.

Thanks

Kyosho is metric and AE is standard. It will be hard to make one fit but nothing is impossible. That is one of the hurdles that you have to clear.

Try the Bmax2 MR front axle. I remember for it to use AE front bearing wheels all I needed was a different sized bearing

Had to tune for some "unique" conditions at motorama, really had to lighten up the shock package to handle the insane bumps, ran mid motor half the event, then switched to my RM car trying to put some safe runs in. Car was good, but I couldn't complete a run without crashes..

Yes, I ran evo typo clays this weekend, the fitment is the same as their old wheels, the rears need a thin wheel nut or you can get the avid long axle conversion.

thanks for all replies...

have always wanted a RB6 since i saw it in action more than a year ago... and run it in MM config..

would try if any other front axle fits in and post back here with results to share with all, as i believe that i might not be the only one with all the bearing wheels for 2wd.

i think yokomo actually makes an axle for AE wheels, so you can same bearing. your other option is a tresrey ae axle meant for the durango dex210. if you can get that to fit.

Anyone have trouble with the servo horn hitting the front clip on the RB6? Jus got one and trying to install my 1258tg but the horn keeps hitting. Tried two different horns and with and without spacers.

Yes. I found it's KO servos that will fit. Others hit or miss (Sanwa BRX will not fit)

Tried gearing my stock buggy 33/72 same as my B4 but the gear cover is hitting the pinion. Wondering if I need a 69 spur with a 32? Or what gear can I use that will work?
