I got a chance to run my car at WCRC tonight and wow what an amazing car. It felt awesome. I only got to run three packs through it and right out of the box it wasn't bad, made a minor adjustment by raising the inner camber link with a 2mm shim and BOOM hooked. I would like to know what the fast lap times in stock are on the current track but I am pretty sure I was not far off.

Making me question a lot whether I want a B44.2 or a ZX5 FS2 now more. My hats off to Kyosho on this car.

For a bit more consistent steering I would suggest a set of Jconcepts bar codes up front with open cell foams cut. Good to know you had good results with Suburbs up front. Mine just pushed like crazy with those tires. But going through my car this evening, I noticed a bunch of small problems with the setup.

ZX5-FS2 SP hands down. Best 4-Wheel drive buggy ever made. Why bother with something we all know has very fragile diff's let alone inferior plastics that will cause you to rebuild it far more often then any Kyosho car. I can hook you up with a guy who is selling one in cherry, and I mean cherry condition. It's basically brand new.

If I am not mistaken fast times in stock are in the low 20's range, maybe 20.1-3. Ask LBCKevin. He will know for sure, he was so dominant on Sunday it was sick, and seriously his car looked like a Mod car going down the straight.

you can't compare our shocks directly to the AE shocks... They were a LOT smaller in overall diameter, so a fewer number of holes are required to get the same damping.

With our much larger diameter pistons, a 2 hole, anywhere near a 55 size hole, would require like 12 or 15 weight oil. That would generate a LOT of pack. If that's what you're looking for, go for it. Personally, if looking for that much pack, I would rather run a 4 hole with 56s or 57s.

I had no idea the new AE pistons were two hole pistons... What sized holes? they must be 54s or 53s!
