hpi vorza tekno conversion?

AFAIK you will need the Tekno V4 D8 conversion kit and the D8 top plate for the center diff and all the rest of the Vorza parts will bolt right up .

This upgrade looks very interesting. What kind of difference does it make? I have a Vorza and I only race with it, no bashing. I'm also new to 8th scale racing and I'm looking to upgrade my Vorza for next season. Would this be the thing to do or should I look at other options?

Even their biggest mount will not fit the Tork motor

Hey Cergai,
Did you find out any more about getting the Tork motor to fit in the v4 chassis?

okay guys,
I sent an email to Tekno support to ask them what the options for the motor mount were and this is what they said.
"The only option is to grind the large lugs off of the Tork motor so it will fit into one of our mounts."
What about risk of overheating as a result of the mod?
"No risk of overheating. I don't think there is much heat dissipation from the blocks in the first place. As long as your setup is within reason (not running 6s for 20minutes straight for example), it should be fine."
Grid away! Or buy another motor.
