I am glad I waited this long to buy a 4wd SCT. A guy at my local track has Jammin SRT10 RTR for sale, it was tempting...But I told him I am still waiting on the Losi....

Ryan, Thank you for listening to the 4wd guys on the durability issue with the current trucks out today. This was the number one reason I converted a Ten T to SC. The guy that have been running their converted Ten's have been running for months with very little to zero breakage.

And the hop ups look very nice, I have been following your releases on the parts since you posted them in the Ten thread.

Great job guys!!

Here is my converted 10 is anyone is interested.

Well thank you. Contrary to what most people think, we do actually try to do our best to listen to what people want. Sometimes it can be tough to meet every single want but with this one, I really feel we were able to hit most of them. This truck is fast, handles really well, and is very strong. To me, that makes it the perfect truck for everyone from a beginner to an expert and even those on a budget.

It is very similar to the XXX-SCT body but just a little longer. The 4X4 is just a little longer then the XXX-SCT. In a pinch you can run the SCT body though with pulling the rear holes back. We have been running SCT bodies on our test trucks for a while but the SCTE body is slightly different.
Both look awesome!

Thanks for the links. I looked at the home page and there was no mention of it. Now they have it up there.

The list weight is pretty heavy 6.75lbs. Ouch. Mine is 6.3 and a my tekin sc4x 5.5 struggles to push it a bit.

Ours are coming in around 6.5 lbs. Most of us are running Novak 4.5 balistic motors. Plenty of power. Your weight will be determined by the battery and electronics you use of course. You can lighten it up a little with carbon fiber towers. There may be other things released in the future to take some weight out. The truck may be heavy but it does not feel like it on the track. It is stable and fast.

I thought mine was much heavier than it was, I was guessing around 7.5lbs. But when I tossed it on the scale I was very surprised. Without the wheels/tires and body I was 5lbs 5oz. Granted it's a different chassis, but should be very close. With Losi big bores and a VERY heavy 550 motor.

With a longer chassis over the Ten-T, how is the rear brace holding up against that part of the chassis being able to tweak?
It just looks a little on the small side, especially for an 1/8 scale track.
Has it been tested on larger tracks as well for durability?
