I'm looking for a new front upper a arm setup.

Has anyone used the Ofna PBS setup? Or a 50mm turnbuckle style upper arm setup? If so I'd it would be great to see some close up pictures?

Thanks for the help,
Nick

I just installed the PBS system on my Jammin. It is very durable so far and easy to install. I would say that I like it better than the stock set-up. Worth the $50. You'll spend more than that on spare parts every time you break something.

Sounds like a good investment. Can you post some pix?

What exactly is the "PBS System?". Got a link or something?

I ran a traxxas Slash camber link for a while with all the aluminum upgrades and it was just not durable enough for the SCRT10. Racing with a ballistic 550 4.5 motor and large 2s battery I would always break arms or something else. So far the PBS system has been better when hitting the big 8th scale jumps and landing hard. Since I am racing the SCRT10 I felt it was worth it. I put more money into the aluminum parts already. I will post if anything breaks.

Has anyone looked into converting their Jammin SCRT10 or CRT.5 to an 8th scale buggy? I have worked out the details now. For a CRT.5 you would only need the following:

1) Traxxas 2WD Slash front 17mm adapters (est. width 301mm!)
2) 8th Scale wheels and tires
3) SCRT10 Chassis with chassis braces and center dogbones
4) Jammin X1CRT mudguards and fasteners
4) Jammin X1 or X2 body
5) 8th scale wing
6) CRT.5 steering bellcrank plastic tree. Buggy body mounts needed

From the Jammin SCRT10 it is much easier. All that is needed is:

1) Traxxas 2WD Slash front 17mm adapters (est. width 301mm!)
2) 8th Scale wheels and tires
3) Jammin X1 or X2 body
4) 8th scale wing
5) CRT.5 steering bellcrank and Wing plastic trees. Need Buggy body mounts and rear wing/front bumper.

I'm not going to convert mine but that's awesome you put the parts list. I do want the 17mm wheel adapters.

RCM makes the best ones. The nut screws onto the axle and the hub adapter goes over the 12mm hex. So quick and easy to swap back and forth.

Do you have a part number? Sorry to trouble you.

I was wondering if it was the front or rear sway bar links.
