anyone know any tricks to get them perfect before gluing?

trim the inner edges, try to get them beveled. then they won't interfere with the seam between the tire and the wheel.

for toe i use a wall and my camber gauge push front tires up to wall and use the camber gauge on the wall and not on the counter top. Make sure your servo is centered as well.

my brand new setup station hasn't even been opened. lol

a simple protractor and a straight edge left over from math class can be used to easily set toe, camber, castor, ride height, everything you require.
