That's a sweet deal for the 1.5r, it is definitely worth more than 350.

Mine is finally setup exactly where I like it, took longer than I had hoped but I learned a lot about my driving style in the process.

Hey man, I guess everyone throws "their" brand into the mix. The O'Donnell Z01B isn't built to be electric but it will more than hold up to any other car converted. As for all of your other "qualifications", it will definitely get a check in every other category. I have no affiliation with the guy other than seeing him around in the thread, but there is a guy selling a converted Z01B team, with mamba combo and extras for $350 in for sale. His name is GeorgeC, that is a great deal. I almost want to buy it as a backup.

It's not the 1.5, it's the 1.

Dude, I hat c*cks that talk out out of their a*se doing their best to ruin a products reputation without any actual experience - yes, they are toy cars, but some people make their living from selling them (not me, I pay their kids dental bills with my spending). If you know nothing, then dont comment, let those who actually have a clue impart their knowledge.

I've had an RC8e which I upgraded with numerous hop-ups. Finally I got rid of all the weak spots. It drove well, but wore out too quickly. I now run converted Mugens, a bit harder to set up, but no hassle. Durable

Ok, to clarify the Caster thing. We have the original ex1 roller that we are blowing out for $160. We have the ex1.5 rtr that is on sale for $350 thanks to rc car magazine. We have reduced the price of the ex and zx cars also. With the addition of the 1/10 cars, we are changing our position in the marketplace.

I just sent you a PM. I'm not seeing the 1.5 RTR anywhere for $350....even with promo codes. Is this the one that comes with no electrics?

He has not updated the web site. The EX1 is no longer in production. All new models are the 1.5 series. the RTR is a 1.5 with non pro parts.
