I definitely would like to see some pics.

I worked/ drove for Associated (actually Mike Reedy) during that time when we moved from Santa Ana to Costa Mesa. Things didn't just immediately change on the production line just because of the move.

Left over "Edinger" boxes had the new address stuck over the old with labels. When the box was redone with the Costa Mesa address the huge rubber stamp with kit part number was replaced with a printed version on all kits.

Also some parts that were lost in the move, showed up later and were put into kits even after revisions were made. So OG parts are OG, but some later kits had OG parts in them.

However there is no denying the 1984 early 85 versions of the RC10.

Some really funny stories from back then.

TQ10 graphite (88-91) same as tq10, just graphite chassis.some came with 3 peice wheels depending on if you got the kit with bushings, or the kit with bearings.Cant rememberwhich came with which off the top of my head, that was MANY race weekends ago!LOL!
Team car (91-93) black chassis, stealth tranny
Worlds car (93-B2) similar to team car kit with worlds front end
Good info! Someone needs to put this info on wikipedia. Wikipedia is nowhere this close to being accurate. All this info on the RC10 is hard to come by, and it would be a great resource.

The thread linked to rc10talk. Is/will be by far the best reference. All you need to do is link wiki to that thread. That information that is quoted, doesn't because it's really not right. I don't know what he means tq10, then tq10 graphite, the tq10 was a graphite car made for horizon. There were several others, just refer to the rc10talk thread.
