Maybe? I might have bought into the speculation that it was an LCG car..

what's the preferred method of switching to 12mm front hexes? Can someone give me a parts list? I'm doing some searching but haven't found the right answer yet.

Hi Bob,

Easyest way is with the DESC210 front hubs, TD330382, four bearings 5x10x4 mm and the exotek Ti front axels #1513!
You will need two 3x6 mm bottom head screws and 3mm washers.

That should be al...

Use the Desc/Dest front hub with a b5 front axle...b5 spindle is $5-$6 compared to $23

I would be interested in, if the serpent srx2 slide drive set #500376 would fit into the dex210, as the length of the dogbones are identical to the dex210?

Does someone have both cars for comparison?

Edit: I know the internal ratios are different, as the dex does have 20/52=2.6, and the srx does have 20/51=2.55, but maybe the dex ball diff gear does fit on the serpent out drives!?

The B5 axles will make the front width 2mm narrower than the DEX210 stock width. That is why we make DEX210 and B5 version axles.
Just fyi.

You'll never know the difference except the cost... Maybe a little better with the B5 stuff but minimally....

The B4.2 diff halves may fit, not exactly sure, I thought I read somewhere that someone did use those diff halves in their dex210,maybe on oople , not sure, but I do know the B5 Diff halves can be used, they need quite a bit of shimming to eliminate the side to side play in the rango diff case though. I know the B5 halves will work because I am currently running a B5 puck system in my 210. I had to run the B5 rear axles as well, and ideally you should run the B5 rear hubs as well. The 210 axles use a larger cva pin than the B5, the bones are identical in length, the larger pivot pin in the axle warrants the use of the B5 axles as well! I'm thinking the B4 Halves will work like the B5 ones with shimming, but I can't guarantee it.

The only other issue that I'm not totally sure on is the dog bone pin in the diff cup, the pin on the Durango needs to be able to fit into the B4 diff halves slot!
