nothing new. Trinity's customer service has sucked for the entire 22 yrs I have been racing. That's why now a days I refuse to send ANY of my green backs towards the lucifer of the r/c world, Ernie Provetti.

Yeah really.Trinity the impoorter of the IB 4200 cells that went BOOM!!! And if you had a problem with them " well it must have been your fault" even though they recomend a higher charge rate with the matched cells than the original manufacturers even suggested.Original manufacturer suggested no more than a 4.2a charge rate when all the matchers including trinity , said to charge them at between 5.5a and 6.5a.So any guarantee from the manufacturer was void as soon as the cells hit the hands of the matchers. And that just one of their "oops" from recent history,I could go on if I wanted to write a book.

We have to look at how many products trinity has sold to how many you all have had gone bad...A few isolated problems does not show they are defective...and rather than saying how poor it is try and show how they can improve...

Good point Mike .

I coudn`t count all the Trinity motors, batteries ,and parts I`ve had over the years . I still have a few old Speedworks motors from the late 80`s and run good still .
