Default new battery voltage not good?

ive cycled my new gp3300 5 times and they only get a peak charge of 9.05v at the best. will they get better over time and more cycles on them?

i charge at 5.0 amps and was thinking that was the problem so i tryed 6.0 amps and still the same results, any help would be great.

xxxtracer32;

Actually, that is a normal ending voltage for GP3300's. These batteries have a lower peak voltage than say 2400 Sanyos, but the performace is better.
Usually the Higher ending Voltage, the less performance (High I.R.) you will get from the pack.
