Default XXX-KE or XXX-4?

I am just starting to race, and wondering what kit I should buy. I know the two are totally different, being that one is 2wd and one is 4wd. At my local track both are raced, so I am just sorta wondering what one I should get. I have heard and read that the XXX-4 has had some stability problems with the front / rear shock towers and some other weak pieces. And there is that fact that the XXX-KE comes with hop-ups already, and cheaper than the XXX-4. So, what do you guys think? Thanks in advance.

Cool, thanks for responding. Yeah I've been doing a bit more research and I think I will go with a 2WD. Now my decision is between the xxxKE and the B4, not sure which to go with. The B4 it seems has gotten some great reviews. It's been so long since I've been into the hobby, do people still race the xxx KE? And if you had to choose between the KE and B4, which would you go with? Thanks.

Here we go...

4wd's are easier to drive-MUCH; but they require a mod motor because they hook up soo good and have more resistance. I run a mod B4, and I love it! I can beat 4wd's down the straights, but they have a HUGE advantage in the corners. I like the B4 because its more adjustable, and knowing AE, it will have alot of neat stuff too. I think 2wd's are more fun, but are said to be the hardest offroad cars to drive. I like the overall sense of control of a 4wd, but my love is 2wd. I wish someone could see me drive, I think I have what it takes to be sponsored!!! Everyone says "hees just a kid, he cant be sponsored"

Both are cool but be sure availability of replacement parts are easy to find incase your car get damage.

Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!
