Rustler tranny

Does anyone know if it is possible to put a 2 speed tranny in an electric rustler? If so, which one would you reccomend?

On ebay i'v seen a electric 2 speedon ebay. It screws on to the end of ur motor and then into the car. look on ebay for it.

SteveA, do you have any idea who makes the tranny you saw? I went on Ebay, but I can't find anything like it.

Are you guys talking about a transmission that shifts? like from first to second? for electric cars??

yes we're talking electric. and what i was talking about isnt the transmission like in a e-maxx. its a little circle that has gears in side it and screws on to the end of your motpr. then you add your pinion to the shaft then screw the motor into the car.

Why are you so surprised? Are you not supposed to put 2 speeds in electrics? The E-maxx has one.

Ya, there arnt any 2wd trucks that have 2speeds. I think traxxas and tamyia are the only two that i know of and tamyia's was a 3speed.
