Default WILL GT2 WHEELS FIT ON A T4?

I have an opportunity to buy a lot of GT2 wheels/tires, but I have a T4. Will they fit on my car?

They will fit, but you will need to buy the conversion AE sells. It have the GT2 style axles, clips and hub adapter. I think it is like $40.

You may not need the adaptor. If they aren't the QC rears you are good to go. Also the fronts are interchangeable. I still haven't figured out why they made new part #'s for these. Other than the fact that it's obviously a new mold.

Because the dish is a different depths. The new one is deeper to match the GT2 rears, while the old front is the same as the T4 dish. Also, the GT2 wheels are manufactured by AE, not Proline.

Not that it really makes a difference, other than now I have to keep track of more wheels. My real quandary is why not just market the new GT2 wheels as T4/GT2 and let Pro-Line sell their own wheels.

Possibly a pre-existing deal/contract about the T4...

I thought about that. My other useless question is why, if Pro-Line was making all the wheels, were the white ones Associated and the yellow ones Pro-Line?
