What does it take to reverse the rotation of a brushless motor.

I think all you have to do is swap any two of the three motor wires to change direction.

So it acts like a 3 phase A/C motor?

A brushless RC motor is essentially a 3 phase ac motor.

It might not work on sensored sytems such as the Novak or LRP speed controls. Should work fine on unsensored sytems though.
