This has been asked and answered in the main losi 8 thread. But a quick list, though probably missing a couple things:

RTR has
stamped chassis.
stamped towers.
grease in diffs, not oil.
plastic shock caps.
doesn't have hard anodized hinge pins, shocks shafts, wheel hexes.
doesn't include extra springs, swaybars or ackerman.
