Hi all
First of all I would like to thank everyone for all the knowledge I have gotten from just reading over the years! My question is I already have a xxx4 g+ I use for racing, but I recently acquired a xxx4 non g+. What I need to know is what should I do to make it into a backyard basher? I have plenty of extra parts, but I need to know what I should use for i.e kickup, anti squat, shock oil, springs, shock position, and any other parts I might need.

For general bashing purposes, you usually want to replace the weakest parts of the car, in this case I would replace all the caster blocks on the XXX-4 with aluminum pieces if they make any, same goes for the hubs and possibly the steering block. If you're planning on doing insane jumps, you should be using 30-40 weight shock oil and making the ride height a tad higher than usual.
I had a XXX-4 before, and all I can tell you is to keep lots of spare differential cases, the front tends to break rather easily on a nosedive.
