In general would recommend not running the volts so low. found I liked how well it lasted at 3.4V per cell for cutoff.

is there a conversion kit for the mp10 nitro?

I'm considering converting mine, nitro is pretty much dead where I live now due to COVID.

So, some were asking why go from saddle packs to a single pack, then back again? After looking at the changing designs of all the vehicles, it seems like they keep going back and forth. If you think about it, there's really not that many big changes you can make to a vehicle. They keep changing the material of the parts back and forth and making the arms longer then shorter. Belt drive then shaft drive. Move the motor forward then back again. The biggest change they made in the industry was changing the 2WD class vehicles to mid-motors. The next gen Inferno will probably be designed for a single pack again and the other companies will make theirs saddle packs.

It drives me crazy when they change the chassis materials. Aluminum is best. then it's graphite and Carbon Fiber is best. NO, FRP is best. Not really, because aluminum is better now. The newer models are coming out with Carbon Fiber chassis again. The next big thing will be balsa wood.

Need the MP9e motor mount (not the evo mount) mp9e battery tray, mp9e radio box and a few bolts to make it work.

I ran the MP9evo for almost two seasons and I have ran my MP10E at two races so far. My first race out at a local track I saw my fastest laps drop by over a half second and all of my qualifiers and main were faster times than I have ever had at this track in almost two years. The MP10E rotates better and carries more corner speed over the MP9evo. The buggy is a big step forward over the MP9evo. My second race was a state race in the Midwest with a very fast group of racers and I qualified for the A. The MP10E is very good. I have been running 7000s, but I am also testing with 5800 shorties with no runtime issues for a 10 min main.

Did anyone receive the new mp10e kit?
What about the feeling? Comparing with mp9e tki/evo, or other 1/8 electric buggy, such as mbx8e and E819.

Congrats to Figueredo and the Kyosho mp10e for a stellar result in a field including Battle, the Kilic brothers and Coelho. Good to see the mp10e is competitive so shortly after its release in a field of world class drivers.

I noticed exactly the same thing you did with my nitro MP10 vs MP9.

Yes, the MP10 is much better than the MP9EVO. I have also been running 5800 shorties and liking the buggy even more. I have also added about 15 grams
of weight to each battery pad spacer. I am running the batteries centered in the holders. I can easily finish a 10 min main with the 5800 batteries.

Default MP10e shock springs

Hi all,
I'm new with mp10e platform and I am a bit confused with wide choice of shock springs available.. which ones are the most used? I would like to have only a couple more options as well as the kid ones.

Go to Kyosho's website. Go to Factory Support then got to Factory Setups. You can find out what the factory drivers are using. There might not be any for the mp10e, due to it being new, but you might get some ideas from the Evo9. Or, you can go onto a Factory Drivers Facebook page and see their setup.
