Default C4 Layshaft Slip

I've been running the C4 for about a year and the last few months the mid layshaft bearings has started to slip. I run the layshaft oneway completely loose and the standard diff up front. I used the setscrew as recomended on the Corallyusa website and it worked for a while but the bearings is still slipping, Is there a way to completely lock up the layshaft? so I can just put a front one-way in it.

Thanks.

to lock up the oneway on the layshaft, we use to do the following:

1. file a flat on the layshaft
2. tap a grub screw through the oneway down on to the flat created on the layshaft.

this would then make for a solid layshaft setup.

fatdoggy,

Check out the Corally USA site under the Tech Info section for this tip as well as some others for the C4.1
